• Cert III in Individual Support
• NDIS & Working with Children Checks
• National Police Check, First Aid & CPR
• Legal right to work in Australia (no student visas)
• Must have a valid driver’s license & SUV
• Strong communication & reporting skills

• Support participants in achieving their NDIS goals
• Provide personal care and daily living assistance (meal prep, cooking, shopping, cleaning)
• Accompany participants to therapy sessions and community activities
• Follow and implement therapists’ plans
• Assist with household duties and promote independent living
• Maintain accurate case notes and reports
• Transport participants safely to appointments and outings

• Great pay: $32.88–$77.81/hr + super
